Jennifer Byrne, president and CEO of Tropical Travelers, contacted me the other week with explicit instructions to “blow her away.”

Now people tell me all the time that they hate getting their photo taken, this is because the majority of photos we see ourselves in are terrible. So when I hear that, and then hear “blow me away”, I get a little nervous. This is a conditioned response that has been cast upon me over many years. However, when Jennifer came in she was totally cool. We got her in hair and makeup, then went outside. She was a natural, and blew “me” away! Super friendly, super professional, made my job easy…
